I am a computational and structural biologist focused on sequence → structure → function modeling, protein/peptide design, small molecular drug screening and translational multi-omics. I develop end-to-end AI pipelines that turn genome/epigenome/transcriptome data into mechanistic insight, biomarkers, and actionable targets—especially for neurodevelopmental and viral disease.
Recent work centers on precision diagnostics in pediatric cerebral palsy, variant effect prediction, and target/lead discovery across viral and oncology pathways. I also mentor and build community as founder of BioSol Centre (Bangladesh).
Focus
-
AI biomarkers & diagnostics
EWAS/DMR, DEG, and network-level prioritization with model explainability. -
Variant interpretation
Genotype-to-phenotype modeling; functional and structural impact. -
Protein & peptide design
Stability/affinity engineering, docking, and in-silico screening. -
Translational multi-omics
Integrated genome–epigenome–transcriptome analyses for clinical utility.
Selected notes
- Built Nature-style, reproducible pipelines (QC → DMP/DMR → enrichment → calibrated ML).
- Training: 8th Variant Effect Prediction Training Course, Palermo, Italy (Oct 14–16, 2024; 24.25 hours).
- Community: founded BioSol Centre to enable student-led bioinformatics projects.
